I start to have nightmares, and my head spins when I sit up for a while!!!Help! What's wrong with me!?

Maybe I think about too many things... or maybe I have too many problems!? Help! I can't seem to understand what's the matter with me!? Or it could be worse... I AM SICK! I can't be sick now!! The Christmas party is on the Nineteenth! *explodes into twenty billion tiny pieces*
