Dance cles...help!?

I think it would really stretch your dancing ability by taking cles at two different levels. The easier cl will probably be slower so really take the time working all of your muscles to their maximum ability. And for the modern cles ive taken, we normally do lots of stretches and warm ups in the beginning that we aren't used to. I'm always the sore the next day. Then, we start learning a dance that our teacher has already coreographed. Hope this helps:)
