Just be there for them and show them consistency. But you do have to draw the line. Don't be a doormat. You have to make sure she respects you. I know a girl hurt my son really bad. There was another girl that he thought might be "the one". He wouldn't date her, though, because he was so attached to her as a friend that he didn't want to mess things up. So this girl might be afraid that taking the relationship to another level would risk what you have now. Just give things a little time and continue to be there for her.
