I have petunias that are no longer flowering, Why?

I believe they are wave petunias. Well watered, lots of sun, fertilized and dead headed. Neighbors petunias are doing great. I don't see any bugs. Help? I paid a lot for these at Home Depot. Wish I had my receipt, I'd yank them all out and take them back!!!
