How to get more subscribers on youtube?

well i started a beauty channel on there and its been up for about 3weeks now and i have ZERO subscribers and only like 12 channel views. so how can i get my channel to get more subscribers? (oh and btw i dont really wanna put it on my fb because well where i live. . .i would get made fun of for being so 'prissy' lol) thanks. (:
