Will I get a scholarship from a good Med-school with these stats ?

Not likely if you aren't a US citizen. Your GPA is very low for someone who hopes to get a 40. Do not count on that I'm afraid. Even if you accomplished this, with your GPA you would be lucky to get into those schools, let alone get a scholarship unless you have some serious research on your side. There are only a few seats for international students, and it is highly competitive.
