Whats the difference between these graphics cards?

i am looking at two graphics cards from nvidia. the gtx 285 and the gtx 275. they have similar core clocks, same amount of stream processors, similar amount of vram, same shader/memory clock, and both are dx 10. why is the gtx 285 $100 more than the gtx 275?
