International Police Help?!?

So my friend was on Skype doing things with for this guy, and he recorded it and is now threatening to send it everywhere, Internet, her friends, the whole nine yards. I want her to call the cops but there's two things. One shes in Guam and hes in Australia and she doesn't wanna get the police involved because she doesn't want her parents to find out. So any ideas? Call the cops? or Call Interpol and if so anyone knw there number? please no stupid answers please
