I need some advice on how to get better at math?

when i was in kinder garden i was put in ese because i could not read and during 1st 2nd 3rd 4th all they tout me was how to read and some math so i lost out on a lot of math and 5th wasn't so bad but still they didn't teach me my grade level 6th they tout me 3rd grade math and when i hit 7th they tout me my grade level and im like wtf!!! is this i seriously need some advice and my reading is so good now i got my teacher a raise and im better then %97.6 kids my age in reading i really need help pleas no college is gana take a kid who forgets how to do a simple math problem in 3 seconds
